An Oklahoma-based elderly woman named Sylvia Owens turned 100 recently. Living at the old age care home in the Beaver County Nursing Home, the centenarian celebrated her birthday with the staff, the photos and videos of which went viral on the internet and are spreading joy.

In one of the videos, Owens is seen doing a little dance with her walker in front of her. The Nursing home posted it on their Instagram page. Take a look.

"Wow! She taught us all how to do the twist," the caption rightfully said.
