Grade 10 students of Bhavans' Al Ain secure 100% pass in AISSE Examinations
The third batch of Grade 10 students of Bhavans Al Saad Indian School, Al Ain, have come out with 100% pass in Grade 10 CBSE Results. All the students have contributed their best to the stellar performance of the school which is one of the best in the Al Ain Region. The school topper Gowri Nandini has scored an overall 98.2 % followed by Samuel Binu Varghese with 95.2 % and Neha Merin Biji with 94.6 %.
Jibin Babu Chalissery with 94.2 and Jesbin Jose with 94 follow closely.
The stupendous performance in individual subjects is also to be commended as all the students have exhibited their best in each subject. The Subject toppers include the following. School topper Gowri Nandini is the topper in English (98 marks) Mathematics (98 marks), Science (99 marks) Social Science (99 marks).
Saniya Biju tops in Malayalam with 98 marks and Samuel Binu Varghese scored the maximum in Hindi with 90 out of 100 and Syed Rehan Quadri tops in French with 90 out of 100 too.
The school overall average in Grade 10 results has reached an all time high of 84.83 %.
The girls scored an average of 85.37 % topping the school average, while the boys had an average of 84.39 % overall.
The school average for English is 93.74 and 80.71 for Second Language. The students scored an average of 83.97 for Science and 92.58 for Social Studies.
The highlight of the results was that 100% of the students scored A1/A2 for English, while 87.10% students scored A1/A2 for Social Science. 64.52 % of the students scored A1/A2 for Science.
32.26% of the students scored more than 90%, 38.71 % of the students scored between 80% - 89% and 29.03 % of the students scored between 70% - 79%.
The Management, Director Ms. Divya Rajesh Ramachandran, Principal Dr. Bhavna Gupta, Vice Principal Mr. Thomas Francis, and the staff congratulated the students for their hard work and determination despite the pandemic scenario. The management appreciated the dedication and efforts of the teachers who handled two batches of Grade 10 for 2 months parallelly. It was a tough and unique situation that called for unique efforts and the team of teachers rose up to the occasion wonderfully.
Unlike the previous batches - this batch of 2020-21 will be forever remembered for being the batch that spent a major part of their Grade 10 in online classes and online examinations. The school wished the students - the very best in their studies and academic pursuance in the future. The school was also confident that resilience and hard work will surely bring them success in whatever field they choose to pursue.
