The vibrant dancers of the school bagged the first prize in the Senior category and third prize in the Junior category.

IES dancers set the stage on fire and emerged victorious! 

They danced to unleash their talent inherent 

They danced to their hearts’ content 

 

They danced to the rhythm of divinity 

They danced their way to victory 

Indian Education School, Bhavans Kuwait, is renowned and lionized for the stupendous performances of young Bhavanites in curricular and co-curricular activities.The vivacious dancers of the school added yet another golden feather to this crowning reputation. They zestfully participated in the Interschool Dance Competition organized by Salmiya Indian Model School, Kuwait on November 3, 2022 and brought home laurels.  

The competition was conducted in two categories. The vibrant dancers of the school bagged the first prize in the Senior category and third prize in the Junior category.  

The dancers of the Senior category comprised of: 

Jismy Jimmy, Reetha Ariya John, Avanthika Suraj, Bhavyashree Madhuraj, Naiga Jithin Das, Akshaya Ramesh, Anaswara Babu Prasad and Athulya Jayadevan. 

The dancers of the Junior category comprised of: 

Anjalikka Balaji, Avanthika Balaji, Anagha Suraj, Maitreyi Shajan, Anushka Sundarvelan, Meeval Maria Shoby, Neha Patibandla and Sai Hanshitha 

The Principal, Mr. T. Premkumar, extolled the synchronized efforts of the students and congratulated them for their splendid performance. He praised the dance teachers, Ms. Jija, Ms. Shruthi and Ms. Shakila for their impressive choreography and training. He appreciated Ms. Sandhya Babu for coordinating the programme and guiding the teachers efficiently.
