Team could learn breathing techniques, different poses like Butterfly pose, Sukhasana, Vakrasana, shavasana etc. to strengthen muscles and reduce stress and anxiety

The management of Al Saad Indian School, Al Ain welcomed the Facilitators back after summer vacation by unveiling a perfect and high-efficient session on Yoga for revivifying their mind and body. The session was led by Brinda Tamilrasan, Founder Briti Yoga and Healing Centre in the school auditorium on August 21, 2023. Health and time are extremely important. The real talent one needs to possess is the ability to handle both effectively to work better. Thus, the yoga session was an apt choice for promoting the wellbeing of teaching community.

Team could learn breathing techniques, different poses like Butterfly pose, Sukhasana, Vakrasana, shavasana etc. to strengthen muscles and reduce stress and anxiety. The highlight of the session was Sound Healing -the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. Ideally, a hypnotic, meditative state was created which allows access to deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing. For a couple of minutes all could feel that they were at the beach side.
