In the picture art one can see a group of people traveling privately in a small, enclosed vehicle and maintaining some distance between each other.

Italian artist Walter Molino published a painting in the Italian newspaper La Domenica del Corriere in 1962, an imagined scene from the year 2022. It envisions drivers in futuristic, dome-enclosed, single-person vehicles.

But, did the picture show social distancing followed today amid Coronavirus outbreak?

‘Unhappy New Year’, ‘God save my house’ painted on walls of houses near soon to be demolished Maradu flats

The picture went viral on Twitter and Facebook, with over 1k retweets and 1.5k likes.

Fact Check: Nope, we were wrong to assume, the artist predicted a virus outbreak back then! The painting talks about the problems related to traffic in cities and the mechanisms suggested by the artist in the painting to reduce the congestion crisis, and it has nothing to do with epidemics and viruses whatsoever.
