Kamal Haasan joins hands with Lokesh Kanagaraj for a gangster film

Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is awaiting the release of Vijay-starrer Master, will be joining hands with Kamal Haasan for a new film which is temporarily referred to as Kamal Haasan 232. The yet-to-be-titled film, produced under Kamal's home banner Raaj Kamal Film International will have music by Anirudh Ravichander.

The announcement poster of the film features a silhouette of Kamal embossed by a collection of guns with a caption "Once upon a time there lived a ghost..." It was also revealed that the film will be out in summer next year.

It was speculated earlier that Lokesh's next would star Rajinikanth in the lead and will be bankrolled by Kamal. It was also expected that Kamal would be doing a cameo role in the film. Reliable sources state that Kamal Haasan 232 will be a fresh script. Though the project has been promoted with the hashtag 'Evan endru ninaithaai', there is no confirmation that this will be the title of the film.
