Fuljar soda: A shot glass of chillies, ginger and lemon dipped into a glass of soda is Kerala’s latest fizz

The latest fizz drink that has overtaken the ever ruling soda lime in Kerala is ‘fuljar soda’ . From the making of the drink, to drinking it and enjoying till the very last sip has taken Keralites to whole new level of satisfaction.

Being introduced as a non-alcoholic drink in Kerala, ‘fuljar soda’ seems to be inspired ‘German Jagerbomb’ which is a shot glass dropped into a glass of soda that can be gulped.

Since the introduction of the drink sometime during the month of Ramdan, people enjoying the drink has been the viral content on almost all the social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook,Instagram and Youtube.

Kerala’s new favourite drink can now be tried at all tea stalls and bakery where soda lime is available.

The drink can be made with different fruit base variants and also by adding a few more spices like cinnamon, mint, or even neem leaves.
