Making porotta with her mother, this determined girl enrols as a lawyer

Anaswara used to work in her family hotel even while pursuing law studies.

Law student Anaswara Hari who earned Kerala's attention by making porottas to help her mother has enrolled as an advocate at a function held in the High Court on Sunday. Anaswara says that even though she has earned a law degree , she will continue to help her mother in making porottas. She made porottas even on Monday morning, the day of her enrollment.

Anaswara used to work in her family hotel even while pursuing law studies. She has earned an opportunity to practice under advocate Manoj V George in Ernakulam. She wishes to become a criminal lawyer and will join practice within a month. Anaswara also says that she wishes to attend LLM and prepare for further studies.

Anaswara’s name made it to headlines after her story of porotta making at the hotel run by her mother Suby on Kanjirappally-Erumeli road got much discussed. Suby has been running the hotel for 20 years. Anaswara’s maternal aunt Sathi also provides constant support for her.
