Tata Altroz iTurbo petrol unveil today: All you need to know

The car's interior too isn't expected to be vastly different from that of the standard model

The day is finally here, ladies and gentlemen. Tata Motors will finally take the covers off the much-awaited Tata Altroz turbo petrol model, thus expanding the range of its premium hatchback in India. While we had hoped the home-grown automaker would mark Tata Altroz petrol turbo's launch today, the truth is that unless the company changed its mind last minute, it's not happening anytime soon. After the car's unveil today, Tata Motors is expected to announce Tata Altroz turbo petrol's price in India later this month. Nonetheless, as we wait for the car to be unveiled, how about we quickly walk you through the most important things you need to know about this upcoming car in India.

Tata Motors hasn't changed the car's overall design -- at least that's what we have been able to gauge based on the spy shots thus far. While the new Altroz iTurbo will look identical to the regular model, it will come sporting some subtle differences, including turbo badging and a new Harbour Blue colour option. The car's interior too isn't expected to be vastly different from that of the standard model, save for a light grey colour theme.

Set to be offered across three trim levels, namely XT, XZ, and XZ+, the new Tata Altroz iTurbo will also get with multi-drove modes: Sport and City, etc. The list of other provisions will be similar to that of the standard model and will include provisions such as automatic head lights, rain-sensing wipers, automatic climate control, seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, voice commands, wearable key, etc.
