Meet the owner of the first 2021 Tata Safari in India

We are positive that the Safari will carry forward the legacy set by its predecessor as it continues to attract the modern-day customer.

The new Tata Safari 2021 SUV's deliveries in India are finally underway, you guys! And who was the lucky person to receive the first unit of the new SUV in India? That will be Punjabi actor, singer, and director Parmish Verma of 'Rocky Mental' and 'Dil Diyan Gallan' fame. The actor received the first Safari in Chandigarh; he bought the top-end XZA+ automatic variant in Daytona Grey, by the way. Also, this not Verma's first Safari -- he also owned the first-gen Tata Safari SUV. A quick reminder for those who may have forgotten -- the new Tata SUV in India was launched here earlier this month -- on 22 February, to be precise. Prices start at ₹14.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base XE variant with the manual transmission.

Himanshu Bassi, Regional Manager, North, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, said, "We are excited to deliver Punjab’s first Safari to Mr. Parmish Verma soon after its commercial launch. Mr. Verma is known for his contemporary singing and style; and what better than the all-new Safari which in its new avatar offers the best in segment design and driving dynamics to its customers; making it the perfect companion for those who live by their own rules. With its plush interiors, state-of-the-art connectivity and premium features, the Safari not just blends in but ups the lifestyle quotient several notches higher. We are delighted by the customer response across the country and are thrilled by the love our new product is receiving. We are positive that the Safari will carry forward the legacy set by its predecessor as it continues to attract the modern-day customer."
