FAIPS (DPS)-IGCSE students showcase superlative performance in CAIE

The unexpected cancellation of CAIE Examination scheduled for May/June 2021caused by COVID-19 crisis had adversely impacted the students preparing for the board exams. To allay their anxiety and to test them in a fair and transparent manner, British Council Kuwait offered schools to assess the IGCSE students on the guidelines provided by them. Accordingly, the assessment sheets along with the rationale statement were submitted to the Council for final compilation of results.

This year 52 students of FAIPS – IGCSE could fruitfully complete their academics where the Cambridge International Assessment Education awarded an array of A* and A grades in various subjects. The dedicated efforts of the students mentored by committed teachers have produced this stupendous performance. The Principal, Mr. Ravi Ayanoli congratulated the students for their outstanding achievement and wished them continued success. He commended the IGCSE teaching fraternity for conducting the online exams within the IGCSE framework and following COVID protocol during the pandemic.

He also expressed immense gratitude to the Ministry of Private Education and the British Council, Kuwait for their great support in completing the course in flying colours which will enable these students to pursue their chosen streams without any disruptions.
