Easy and Simple Paneer Maggi Crispy Balls recipe

100 gms grated paneer
3 tbsp chopped onions
3 tbsp chopped bell peppers
2 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp chat masala powder
1 packet maggi
3 tbsp cornflour
¼ tsp chilli powder
Water as required
Take 100 gms grated paneer. Add onions, bell peppers, coriander, chilli flakes and chat masala powder
Mix all the ingredients well.
Take 1 tbsp mix & make balls. Refrigerate for 15mins.
Take 1 packet maggi. Crush it & keep aside
In a bowl add cornflour, chilli powder and water
Mix to form a slurry
Now take the paneer balls and dip into the slurry
Coat evenly with crushed maggi. Fry in hot oil
Till golden brown & crispy
