Sibling love is something unique that cannot be explained in words all the time. It can be hilarious, infuriating, caring and inspiring, all at the same time.
The bond is cultivated from childhood and goes on to endure and prosper for years.
Having said that, an older brother can go to any extent in protecting his sibling and ensuring his or her safety.
But in this rare instance, we see a younger brother setting an example for the world by doing something life-changing (or life-saving in this case) for his big brother.
The young boy was filmed having a heartwarming conversation with his brother, who is battling cancer, in a hospital room.
Preston tells him that he is a superhero for donating his bone marrow to save his life. He adds that he grateful for the life-saving transplant.
The siblings' heartwarming conversation has now gone viral and given netizens a reason to smile.
The younger brother says: "Just because I got shot, it doesn't mean I can't save you."
To which Preston replied: "Yea it does. You're giving bone marrow from your body to my body because my bone marrow is messed up, it has cancer. Right? Your's doesn't. And you don't need to give all the bone marrow. You just need to give a little bit."He adds: "You saved me. What does that make you? You're a real-life superhero."
The conversation, uploaded as a reel on the Instagram page 'majicallynews', infomred that Preston received the bone marrow transplant on Valentine's Day this year.
It added: "How suiting that it was a gift of love from his little brother who turned out to be his only match"
Netizens loved the way the two understood each other and how Preston explained the whole situation to his brother.
A user wrote, "It's doubly heartbreaking because Preston is clearly so wise beyond his years and I'm guessing that's because he's been through so much already. A beautiful soul."
