Punjab reports India’s fourth COVID-19 death

India on Thursday reported its fourth death due to the novel coronavirus, news agency PTI reported. The total number of positive cases of COVID-19 in India stands at 167 (including 25 foreigners), while the four deaths were reported in Delhi, Karnataka, Punjab and Maharashtra, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said today.

Earlier on Tuesday, India reported its third death due to the COVID-19 as a 63-year-old man died in Maharashtra, reported news agency ANI. He also had high blood pressure, pneumonia & inflammation of heart muscles and increased heart rate leading to death, the report said.
