Sidhu Moose Wala murder: Red Corner Notice issued to Goldy Brar

The Red Corner Notice proposal was sent on the basis of two cases.

In yet another major development in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case, Punjab police have sought the issuance of a Red Corner Notice (RCN) against Goldy Brar. Ten days before the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala, Punjab Police had already sent the proposal to the Crime Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to issue a Red Corner Notice against Goldy Brar.

The Red Corner Notice proposal was sent on the basis of two cases. In the first case, the FIR was registered on November 12, 2020, and in the second case, the FIR was registered on February 18, 2021. Both the case was registered in the City Faridkot police station.

As per reports, on behalf of Lawrence Bishnoi, Brar claimed responsibility for the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala. Satinderjit Singh aka Goldy Brar, a Sri Muktsar Sahib native who immigrated to Canada on a student visa in 2017, is a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Godly Brar might have been held accountable for his prior misdeeds long before the murder of Sidhu Moosewala.

In the Punjab Police dossier, there are five different photos of Goldy Brar. Brar's appearance has evolved throughout time, as seen by the photographs.

Goldy is facing a number of serious criminal charges, including murder and extortion. He is facing a total of 16 criminal charges. In four trials, he was acquitted by the courts.

Brar was active in Firozpur and Muktsar before migrating to Canada. According to the report, the Bishnoi group is now led by Goldy Brar, after Lawrance Bishnoi was detained.
