Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh has been all over viral spaces and headlines ever since he went butt naked for a photoshoot with PAPER magazine.

The nude photoshoot went massively viral and created quite a buzz among fans and neutrals. While several fans were impressed by the bold photos, many were angered and accused the actor of obscenity.

The photos brewed more trouble for the famed actor with an NGO named Shyam Mangaram Foundation filing an official complaint, following which the Mumbai Police registered an FIR against him.

The FIR against Ranveer was registered under IPC section 292 (obscenity, sale or exhibiting publicly material for sale), section 293 (sale of obscene objects to young persons), and section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult modesty of women).

The NGO accused the actor of hurting the sentiments of women at large.

"These kinds of acts should be opposed strongly, as it is not being opposed then second and third rank actors will also follow the same path for getting cheap publicity which will result in a worst condition,” read a part of the statement by an NGO.

Now, an Indore-based NGO has swung into action against the photoshoot by organising a clothes 'donation' drive for Ranveer Singh.

A clip shared online shows the people of Indore adding clothes into a box placed on a table at the side of a road. The box features a photo of the actor from the nude photo shoot with an offensive tagline that reads - manasik kachra (mental garbage).

According to reports, the donation drive was organised by an NGO named 'Neki Ki Deewar'.

The actor has faced brutal trolling online ever since the photos were shared on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
