MP finds hair in Emirates Airline food, lashes out in viral tweet
Every customer has the right to quality services and brands are expected to do everything possible to ensure that. However, it is not rare to hear of the negligence of major companies. Recently, Trinamool Congress politician and Lok Sabha MP Mimi Chakraborty lashed out at Emirates Airline after she found hair in her food and the company failed to respond to her complaint.
In a tweet tagging the airline company, Chakraborty stated, "Dear Emirates I believe you have grown too big to care less about ppl travelling with you. Finding hair in meal is not a cool thing to do I believe. Mailed you and your team but you didn’t find it necessary to reply or apologise Emirates Support That thing came out from the croissant I was chewing."
Chakraborty also posted pictures of the half-eaten food plate. Later, on a thread, she wrote, "You can find my mail with all details if you care."
Unsurprisingly, the tweet gained traction and a lot of people commented on the unfortunate incident. Additionally, the tweet was viewed more than 36k times.
Soon, Emirates Support responded to the tweet. they apologized for the incident and said that their team would review the event. "Hello, I’m sorry to know this. Please write your feedback here https://bit.ly/3b9jX23 by completing an online form, our Customer Relations Team will review it based on the matter raised and respond to you via email. Please DM us for any help. Thanks," said the tweet from Emirates.
Previously, similar incidents were reported from Indian flight services.
