Sushant death probe: 'We await official version of CBI', Rhea's lawyer on AIIMS ruling out murder

Despite over four months after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the investigators are yet to make an official confirmation on the death ruling out murder. After an AIIMS panel ruled out the murder of Sushant Singh Rajput in its report, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde said, "The official papers and reports are with AIIMS and CBI which will be submitted in court once investigations are over." "We await...official version of CBI," he added. "[We've] always said...truth cannot be changed under any circumstances," Satish further said.

Meanwhile, post AIIMS conclusive report, CBI’s special investigation team is likely to probe the abetment to suicide angle in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story actor’s demise. As of now, Rhea is in judicial custody after she was arrested in the drugs case by the NCB along with her brother Showik Chakraborty.
