The Civil Defense in Makkah region stated that it followed up with the incident and made sure that the fire was completely extinguished.

A video clip circulating on social media showed a number of people rushing to extinguish the fire that started as a result of the collision.

The clip also showed all the station workers fled the site despite the fact it was a small fire.

A demand has been growing ever since calling for the need to train all workers on how to act when a fire breaks out and how to put it out.
