Anand Mahindra wants companies to manufacture this inflatable safety device to jump out of buildings on fire

Anand Mahindra shared a video of an inflatable safety device to jump out of high-rise buildings on fire.

Anand Mahindra is a fan of innovative designs and his Twitter account is proof of that. The industrialist never shies away from innovations that impress him. On Sunday, he shared a video of one more product. It was an inflatable safety device to be used when a high-rise is on fire and one needs to jump.

Anand Mahindra shared the now-viral on Twitter. It was originally shared by a page called Learn Something. In the 40-second clip, a man can be seen using an inflatable safety device to jump out of a building on fire just like the person was doing in the demonstration of the same.

The safety device was shaped like a gigantic flower that enabled the person to lie down inside, secure hmself and pull a lever to inflate it and safely jump out of the high-rise building.

"I hope this is for real and some company is manufacturing it. If I lived in a high-rise, this would be a priority purchase! Very innovative," reads the caption of the post.

The video garnered over a million views after being shared online. Twitter users were in agreement with Mahindra and expressed their opinions in the comments section.

"Safety is most important. Ideal decision to purchase," a user wrote.

Another user commented, "A brilliant idea. They could also offer this in aircraft, with a closed balloon though."
