Sushma Swaraj's daughter Bansuri takes a walk down memory lane on her birthday, shares old pic with mother
Bansuri Swaraj, daughter of Sushma Swaraj, took to Twitter to post a heartfelt note thanking her mother and father on her birthday. Bansuri took a trip down memory lane and fished out a million-dollar picture from the archives. She shared the throwback photo on Twitter on January 3. In the post, she expressed gratitude to her parents for showering her with love and affection always.
Bansuri wrote a note in Hindi which loosely translates to, "Maa @SushmaSwaraj and Papa @governorswaraj, I am extremely grateful for your love, affection and inspiration. With your blessings, I hope to continue walking on the path illuminated by you.” In the picture, little Bansuri can be seen smiling with her mother Sushma Swaraj, the former External Affairs Minister.
Bansuri Swaraj is an advocate by profession. She was born on January 3 to Sushma Swaraj and Swaraj Kaushal, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India.
Sushma Swaraj died at the age of 67 on August 6, 2019, at AIIMS after she suffered a fatal cardiac attack. She served as the External Affairs Minister of India from May 26, 2014 to May 2019.
