The Ministry of Health (MoH) is considering an exemption from mandatory quarantine for those travelers who have been vaccinated, Al-Rai daily reported.

Those people who are vaccinated would be exempted from the mandatory quarantine period even if they had returned from abroad or they were in contact with a Coronavirus positive case.

Informed sources revealed to the daily that the application of such a measure is likely to coincide with achieving an appropriate rate of vaccination for the target group, which is expected to be reached by next April in light of the efforts made to expand the group of vaccine recipients.
