Dubai announces fixed price for sacrificial animals

The decision was taken during a virtual meeting between the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai

Dubai has announced fixed prices for the sacrificial project (Adhani) during Eid Al Adha this year.

It has been decided that the price for Adhani project during the Hajj season 1442H, 2021, will be Dhs600 inside the UAE and Dhs350 outside the country.

The decision was taken during a virtual meeting between the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) and the suppliers and charitable association supervised by the department.

The Director of the charitable institutions department at IACAD, Mohammed Musabah Dhahi, chaired the virtual meet with the charities such as Beit Al Khair Association, Dar Al Bar Association, Dubai Charity Association and Issa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation.

The sacrificial project has been an annual event under the supervision of IACAD and is carried through the support of the accredited charities, in cooperation with donors, to purchase the sacrificial animals and distribute them.
