Sheikh Sultan said, "The cows project, which will be launched in Sharjah, will include cows that have not been distributed in any country in the world, and Sharjah will be the first to receive them, which are of a new type of protein called A2A2, along with 18 features and a unique recipe that is not found in other cows, and the year next we will see their products.”
Sheikh Sultan affirmed that "what we are doing is not commercial, but rather the concern for the health of society, and there are many projects that we are doing and all of them are in this way."
Sheikh Sultan earlier said that most of the imported dairy products contains preservatives, in addition to that they lack to important elements, which are extracted by the manufacturers to be used in other products.
“We are working on a cattle-breeding project with 1,000 cows of the ‘Friesian’ species. They are all pregnant with females, so that their numbers will double in a year.
