Elon Musk loses 13 kgs after becoming Twitter boss, shares the three-ingredient formula on HIS platform
The names Elon Musk and Twitter are being taken together now almost organically – be it mass lay-offs or an unforgettable takeover that took approximately eight months to execute, the world is talking about the new boss of the micro-blogging platform. The management at Twitter has changed, the laws and work ethics have also changed along with a work-culture which is also making headlines – not necessarily for the good reasons though. Amidst this, the Tesla boss has come in the news again but for some good reasons this time. Turns out, he is cutting flab not just at work but on a personal level as well – the top boss has been on a weight loss spree and dropped a whopping 13.6 kilos so far.
Elon Musk, who sits on the boss’s chair at Twitter HQ now, recently revealed that he has so far lost 13.6 kg and the formula behind this successful outcome involves three elements:
Diabetes medication Ozempic/Wegovy
Intermittent fasting
Absence of delicious food
"You’ve lost a ton of weight, Elon! Keep up the fantastic work!" wrote Chicago Glenn. Musk responded to the same writing that he is now down 30 pounds. And when asked by a user about how he achieve the feat, he responded by sharing the trick.
“Fasting + Ozempic/Wegovy + no tasty food near me,” Musk wrote on Twitter.
A few months ago, Musk revealed that he had lost 9 kg with intermittent fasting which was recommended by a friend. He also reported feeling healthier after following the diet regime which involves eating and fasting in specific windows during the day. Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, too, revealed that Musk ate chicken or steak, fish and lots of green leafy vegetables for dinner.
What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is one of the most popular dietary regimes at present that has several health benefits to offer. These include:
Weight loss
Blood sugar management in diabetics
Longevity
Lower risk of chronic and acute diseases
Healthier heart
Lower risk of obesity
Improved digestion
Reduces body fat levels
Treatss insulin resistance
Lower risk of inflammation
Lower risk of hypertension
It is advised to follow intermittent fasting consistently as not doing so can result in metabolic changes which may end up adding extra inches to the waistline in the long run and even diabetes.
