Japanese woman's dance to Besharam Rang from Pathaan wows people

Even before its release, Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie Pathaan has managed to cause quite a stir in the country. Two songs from the movie have been released so far and both have racked up millions of views. The craze has reached such far and beyond that a Japanese woman also shared a video of herself dancing to one of the songs in the movie.

Shared on Instagram by Mayo Japan, the video shows her dancing to Besharam Rang. Throughout the clip, Mayo nails the hooksteps of the song and you can actually compare that as the original video featuring Deepika Padukone also plays on the top corner of the video. The clip also had another man named Kaketaku who imitates the role of Shah Rukh Khan.

“Besharam Rang from Japan. Tried to dance sexy like @deepikapadukone but of course I couldn’t match her. At least I tried,” reads the caption.

The video has been viewed over 108k times and several reactions. People couldn’t stop lauding Mayo’s dancing skills. Many wrote about how she perfectly nailed Deepika’s steps with a tinge of her own sweetness.

Shilpa Rao, who lent her voice for the song, also praised Mayo’s dance.

The song Besharam Rang stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. It was composed by Vishal and Sheykhar and penned by Kumaar.
