Identical twins trying to get pregnant at same time from same man — their shared fiancé

Identical twins from Australia, Anna and Lucy DeCinque — who are known to do everything together — have been trying to synchronise their conception.

A pair of identical twins in Australia, known to do everything together — from dressing the same to going to the bathroom — are now trying to get pregnant at the same time.

Perth residents Anna and Lucy Decinque, who are both 37, went viral in 2021 for attempting to synchronise their pregnancies — an unusual endeavour involving the same man, Ben Byrne, who is their shared fiancee.

The fact of being identical twins in itself is a unique way to experience the world as siblings are dressed the same by their parents and are often mistaken for one another.

But Anna and Lucy previously told the New York Post how they’re taking this relationship to the next level.

"When she goes to the toilet, I come with her; when she has a shower, I come with her,’ Anna explained.

"You name it and we do it. We’re never apart. I don’t think we’d function without each other. We have separation anxiety. We’re bound to each other."

The inseparable twins have been a mainstay on TLC show "Extreme Sisters", which recently premiered its second season.

Besides exploring the throuple’s unusual dynamic, the TV series also documents the sisters opening up about their fertility journey.

After more than 70 years, identity mystery of Australia's 'Somerton Man' solved

"We learnt from the internet that when your temperature goes up, you're ovulating," Lucy said in one of the previous episodes of Extreme Sisters.

The twins then both took their temperature before exclaiming: "We're the three degrees up! We are ovulating, we're exactly the same."

In the latest episode called "Wombmates", they decided to practice being Moms to what would be half-siblings and first cousins, by looking after baby dolls — who dress identically of course.

“We’ve decided we want kids now,” Anna and Lucy said. “We’ve had some trouble trying to get pregnant, so this [the baby dolls] is the next best thing.

“Our dream is to be pregnant together at the same time."
