Woman returns home to find a smashed window, thief taking a fully clothed bathtub bath
A woman in Seattle, US returned home on Friday evening to find a stranger bathing in her bathtub with all his clothes on.
The female homeowner came to know there was a break-in attempt after finding a window had been smashed.
She kept a safe distance from the man by staying outside the residence. And when the cops arrived at the location, they were baffled after discovering the unidentified clothed suspect relaxing in a bathtub.
The responding officer first ordered the man to leave the house. But after getting no response. they searched the home and found the man in the bathroom.
The department described the 27-year-old intruder as fully clothed but "very wet".
“The man was clothed but very wet, and the bathtub was full of water,” the police said in a statement.
In 2021, a man in California was sentenced to more than six years in prison after he reportedly broke into the house of three female students and used their laptops to download pornography before committing a sexual act.
