Turkey man, miraculously rescued from rubble after 11 days, talks to family. Viral video will make you cry

Turkey and Syria were rocked by devastating earthquakes and aftershocks resulting in massive loss of lives. The death toll from the earthquakes reached 46,000 even as rescue operations continued for the 12th consecutive day on Saturday. However, there were glimmers of hope as people were rescued from the rubble. Just like this 34-year-old man named Mustafa Avci. His miraculous rescue is one such story that will simply make you gasp.

According to a report by DailyMail, Avci’s joy of being a first-time father was shortlived as the earthquake crumbled the private Academy Hospital in Antakya to dust just hours after his wife delivered a baby girl. Thankfully, Avci’s wife Bilge and daughter were rescued unharmed but there was no sign of Avci.

After 11 days of anticipation, he was finally pulled out from the rubble. A video of Avci talking to his family has now gone viral.

“I didn't believe that I would come to light again... I never thought I would come out. I thought my wife and children were dead. I am now so happy. I feel like I have been born again. I only have a little pain,” Mustafa said, according to the DailyMail report.

The clip shows Avci kissing the hand of the rescuer holding the phone, as he thanked him, saying, “May God bless you a thousand times, brother! May God always help you in need!” added the report.

Twitter couldn’t stop showering all their love on Avci’s family. Many thanked the rescuers for reuniting the family.
